Your contact for concerns

Who handles a problem with our cleaning?

Your concern is assigned to the appropriate supervisor, who investigates, coordinates corrective action, and communicates progress. AMR follows up after resolution to confirm expectations have been met. Operations managers review inspection trends to identify recurring problems and opportunities for improvement.

Your inspection records

What does an inspection record show?

Supervisors use standardized checklists during scheduled and unannounced inspections. Missed work and corrective actions are documented, with additional coaching when needed. These records help operations managers review trends and improve service quality.

Your reporting

How do we receive reports?

AMR uses electronic inspections, service documentation, and issue tracking. Customer reporting is available upon request. Discuss your reporting needs when planning your cleaning program.

Your coverage
